Your SG Arrival Card application is usually processed within 24-48 hours. A notification will be sent to the NZ applicants’ email addresses to let them know of the approval of the document.
Following approval, your Singapore Electronic Arrival Card is linked electronically to your NZ passport. As a consequence of this, if the NZ passport is lost, damaged, or stolen before the citizens’ trip to Singapore, they will need to apply again to obtain a new SG Arrival Card.
On arrival in Singapore, you will be asked to show the NZ passport used to apply for your SG Arrival Card, as well as any other key travel document, depending on your case (Singapore visa, yellow fewer certificate, and further proof of accommodation).
