Rwanda eVisa Requirements

International travelers using the eVisa system must meet the online Rwanda visa requirements.

Individuals applying for a Rwanda tourist visa online must provide the following items:

Covid Update for Rwanda

All inbound travelers must complete a Health Declaration Form online before departing for Rwanda. All arriving passengers and airline crew must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result, with the exception of passengers younger than 5 years. For passengers, the test must have been performed within 72 hours prior to departure from the first embarkation point. They will be retested on arrival, spending 24 hours in quarantine until the results are received. Airline crew must have taken their test within 14 days prior to arrival in Rwanda. Passengers who have been in India or Uganda in the past 14 days must quarantine for 7 days at their own expense.
